Albuquerque, NM- New Mexico Attorney Hector Balderas has one formal complaint and two criminal referrals regarding potential local and federal laws that are currently being violated by members of the state's abortion cartel. He has known about these alleged violations since June 2015, that's over 570 days.
In the meantime pre-born babies continue to be murdered and their organs, tissues and body parts are harvested and transported between the nation's largest late term abortion facility, Southwestern Women's Options and the publicly funded University of New Mexico for experimental research.
(Hector Balderas speaking at 2017 Progressive Summit)
Balderas admits that New Mexican families are often victimized by "special interests and an unresponsive government bureaucracy." This is true, but it would be hypocritical to exclude himself from this notion as he is in the habit of pandering to the leftist progressives and embraces that which is contrary to his own faith. He too represents an unresponsive bureaucracy in light of the complaint and referral before him.
He is also very vocal about the fact that he was "elected to protect New Mexican families from violent crime, perpetrators who prey on children." Abortion, however, is the ultimate act of violence perpetrated against the most vulnerable members of the human family. Why Attorney General are you not protecting these children?
Finally, Balderas has instituted what he calls a "family-centric model" that is supposed to put families first. Families are so vitally important in promoting a culture of life but we must get to the point where we recognize our pre-born brothers and sisters as members of our families before they are born.
When we allow violence within the family unit, violence creeps into our society. Attorney General Balderas, we agree with you, that "New Mexico communities cannot prosper until they are safe." Pre-born children in New Mexico are not safe and will not be until the killing ends. Protest ABQ urges you to do your job, investigate and prosecute the New Mexico abortion Cartel so that our state can prosper.
Protest ABQ and Fr. Stephen Imbarrato: The Protest Priest of Priests for Life will hold a press conference and protest in Santa Fe today.
Please pray for our efforts and if you can't make it to Santa Fe join us by taking a moment to contact New Mexico Attorney General Hector Balderas and ask him to investigate the complaint and referrals before him and to seek justice for the truly victimized members of the human family, pre-born babies in their mothers wombs who are not safe in New Mexico.
